Tracking

When tracking is available, details are sent after dispatch. Please allow the carrier time to register the parcel before contacting us.

Returns

Contact us before returning a fragrance. Products should be unused, unopened and in their original saleable condition unless they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. Statutory rights are not affected.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report damaged, leaking or incorrect products promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label.
