Confidence begins before an order is packed.
Love Profumo is committed to supplying genuine branded fragrance through established commercial supply channels. Supplier records, item identifiers and order information help us review product movement when a concern is raised.
Because fragrance houses update packaging, labels and bottle details over time, a visual variation from an older photograph is not automatically evidence of a problem. We assess concerns using the information available for the specific item and order.
Product presentation checks
Where appropriate, products may be checked for obvious damage, leakage, missing components, incorrect item information and packaging inconsistencies.
Delivery integrity
Orders are prepared to reduce movement and damage in transit, with practical support available when an item arrives damaged or materially different from the order.
Concern review
Customer care reviews the order number, photographs and available supplier information before explaining the appropriate next step.
A note on presentation
Packaging can evolve while the fragrance remains genuine.
Manufacturers periodically update cartons, cellophane, bottle details, ingredient declarations, country labels and batch-code formats. Product photography is representative, and current presentation may differ from an earlier production run or another market.
- Keep the product, carton and delivery packaging together.
- Photograph the front, base, batch markings and delivery label.
- Avoid discarding seals or wrapping until the concern is reviewed.
